1. INTRODUCTION
UPS-500VA/1000VA is uninterruptible 220V/230V AC power system with functions of high efficient, smart size, beautiful outlook, advanced and reliable. It is designed to use computer and critical equipments. When short circuit or high and low over the voltage occurred, it is uninterruptible to output power within 10 ms., besides regulate voltage. The peak surge and noise can be controlled to avoid, the stored data in computer and software program will not be lost, so ensure to keep the computer or critical equipments in normal running.

2. THEORY IN MOTION
At normal state, output regulated 220VAC/230VAC. When short circuit or low voltage happened, it turns to be supplied by battery within 10ms. and the inverter can provides output of 220V/230VAC more than 10mins. If AC power recovers at the state of battery supply, the inverter stopped as input power is still from city power, at the same time, its battery to be charged.

3. FEATURES

◆ Full protection of overload, short circuit or low battery voltage.
◆ Adopt Sealed maintenance-free battery and auto-charge system.

◆ At inverter state, ups will auto-shut down at the battery discharge to the limited voltage. When AC input recovers, ups should be started automatically.

5. EASY OPERATE:
Connect to the socket and then start ups. Green and yellow light show input on normal state, battery charged by stable circuit; green light shows input on normal state, battery is float charged; red flash shows input on faults, and turn to supply from battery.

6. WARNING
Ensure connect correctly and avoid UPS damaged.
Load capacity <300W or <600W
Switch on and shows green light, the buzzer no beep and green light shows on the input power state. The buzzer interrupted beep and red light flash shows the trouble state. At this time, output supplied by battery, the data should be kept and shut down the computer. When input power recovers, start UPS again. Long beep or red light shows operating errors or battery discharge down, so must turn off. When short circuit happened, must reduce the load, otherwise will be auto-shut down. To start UPS at first, the battery will be charged for 8 hours after it stores some time.
Please DON’T be linked to daylight lamp and so on.

7. MAINTENANCE
1. Status: red light flash, buzzer interrupted beep, but the output is normal.
Reason: AC input has changed with battery supply.
Suggestion: replace fuse. When AC input has recovered, start UPS again.
2. Status: no AC output at short circuit happened, buzzer beep and red light.
Reason: Battery damaged.
Suggestion: Replace battery.
3. Status: short circuit happened, UPS failure.
Reason: Overload or battery in trouble.
Suggestion: Reduce load or replace battery.
4. Status: without input power, UPS can be started with unload, but cannot start it with load.
Reason: Battery fail.
Suggestion: Replace battery.
